Shipping & Order Processing

  • Tammy’s Cookie Basket ships all orders using third party shipping carriers. We only to California due to Cottage Bakery laws.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next shipping day. 

Shipping Guarantee

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within California.

  • Shipping Carriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. 

  • Tammy’s Cookie Basket is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

  • During peak holiday season in the months of November through February and during sale days, orders will process in the order in which they are placed. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email TammysCookieBasket@gmail.com

  • Tammy’s Cookie Basket is not responsible for any USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or other shipping carrier delivery delays due to the high volume that UPS or Fed Ex experiences during the year

Bakery is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

Local Delivery and Pickup

  • We offer local delivery within a 5 mile radius for a rate of $5. Further locations will be calculated a specific fee according to mileage. You can email us for a quote. TammysCookieBasket@gmail.com

  • We also can do local pickup where you can get you order. All orders must be pre-paid in advance.

  • You will receive an email from our team with details on what time frame your cookies will be arriving the day before your scheduled delivery.
