Policies
Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship or pick-up date. Orders that already have a generated tracking number are also unable to be cancelled. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. Custom and bulk orders are unable to be cancelled once placed.
When ordering large quantities or any custom orders, please place your order at least 14 days prior to your desired delivery date. Orders not placed within 14 days of desired delivery date are subject to a rush fee of 25%.
RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Tammy’s Cookie Basket does not accept returns.
There are no returns or exchanges on any products including non-perishable items.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact within 2 days of when the package was received and provide a photo of both product and shipping box and a detailed description of the issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Tammy’s Cookie Basket experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photos, number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.
Damaged or missing goods
Once orders are collected by the Shipping Carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. This will now be in the hands of the courier and you will need to follow up with them directly to file a claim.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our product, exchanges will not be offered once an order has been placed.
Refunds
We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
We are not to be held responsible for product that has been affected by temperature during the delivery process.
We are not to be held responsible if a package cannot be delivered or is delayed in delivery due to an order placed with incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
We do not accept cancellation or returns due to the taste of the product as taste is a subjective issue and matter of choice.
