I don’t see my favorite item on the menu. Can I request it?
It is difficult to list every type of cookie, so we list the basic popular ones. We love to change up our products and try different flavors! If there is a specific item, you are looking for or want to customize an order please send us an email by visiting Contact Us page at the bottom of our website page.
We will consider special requests on online orders. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all requests. There is a “notes” section where you can leave a request during check out. Feel free to send us photos that can be used for inspiration!
How early should I place an order online?
All online orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. If it is a larger order we need at least 5 days in advance. Please make sure to place your order as early as possible! During holidays it may take longer for your order to be made. If you are not sure your order will be ready in time, just reach out and text or call us at (714) 567-1808 or message us through our Contact Us page.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major US credit cards, cash, and mobile payment. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash app.
We do not accept cards issued outside of the US at this time.
Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes, we do accept phone orders. We will email you an invoice to verify the order and to send a payment link.
Do you offer catering or event platters?
We do not cater events, but we do offer a featured tailored menu designed specifically for office celebrations, meetings, and conferences. Our cookies pair well with any event—especially weddings, birthdays, graduations, and retirements.We also offer free pick-up or local delivery for a small fee.
Custom orders must be placed at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance depending on the amount of treats needed. Our custom order schedule gets booked up pretty quickly! Please place your order as early as possible! Pricing is based on the serving size, style, labor and materials for each order.
Do you have any vegan, sugar free, or gluten free items?
We do offer gluten-free treats. We use non-gluten flour such as almond flour, brown rice flour, and tapioca flour. Be sure to check out our Gluten-Free section.
We do not offer any items that are dairy free, vegan or sugar free. If we ever do develop any items in the future that we love and fit these standards, it will be shown on our website product page and announced on our social media!
We do currently use products that are organic or high quality ingredients.
Do you offer nut free products?
If there are nuts in any of our product, it is either presented visibly on the item or it is labeled with the type of nut in it. If you plan to order from us and know of someone in your party that has a nut allergy, please make us aware at the time of the order.
